Refund & Cancellation Policy
Academic Programme Fees
    ● Full Refund: If the programme is cancelled by the Oxford International Study Abroad Programme (OISAP) or if an applicant is denied admission, all academic programme fees paid are fully refundable.
    ● Student-Initiated Cancellations: Students who wish to cancel their participation in the academic programme must submit a written request. Refunds for cancellations are as follows:
          ☞ Cancellation received more than 90 days before the Programme start date: 70% refund of the academic fee.
          ☞ Cancellation received between 30 and 90 days before the Programme start date: 50% refund of the academic fee.
          ☞ Cancellation received less than 30 days before the Programme start date: no refund of the academic fee.
Please note that these refund terms apply solely to the academic programme fees.
Optional Services
Accommodation, meals, excursions, and other optional services are not included in the academic programme fee. These services are arranged separately and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Refunds for cancellations of optional services will be governed by the policies of the respective service providers.
Late Arrival or Non-Attendance
The academic programme fee is non-refundable in the event of a student's late arrival, non-attendance, or withdrawal from the programme after its commencement.
